18 West Elm Workspace height adjustable open office workstations, 15 West Elm Workspace height adjustable private offices, 2 conference rooms, break room and lobby.
Critical Issues & Resolutions
* Power/wire management for the open office areas was a challenge we solved. Workstations were very open with height adjustable surfaces and a credenza to define each workstation. Collaborating to optimize core drill locations and wire management were imperative.
* Balancing privacy and openness in the open office was important. Specified Buzzi Space panels as dividers between workstations, creating acoustic and visual privacy without impeding light or the mountain view.
* Designed storage units with our lead line, Inscape, that included a pull out trash drawer and two independently locking file drawers, one for each adjacent user.
