Critical Issues & Resolutions

Issue: Client had an existing model that did not properly support new technology and new vendors which made upgrading the space challenging.

Solution: Merchants created a relationship with the client that allowed the client to evolve its processes and achieve its goal of creating an environment that supports stronger alignment between the physical space and the portfolio of brands. Merchants provided co-mingling of furniture solutions from a variety of manufacturers including custom fabrication which allowed Boulder Brands to achieve a branded look while saving overall costs.
