69 adjustable height private offices including 8 executive suites, 144 height adjustable open office benching workstations, an executive boardroom, video conferencing rooms, huddle and open meeting areas with lounge furniture, break rooms, training center, reception area and mother's room.

Critical Issues & Resolutions

Issue: Consolidating a number of corporate and operational functions into one new location.

Solution: Partnering with BurkettEUA, Merchants worked closely with the client to show them the value in transitioning to a more open and collaborative work enviornment. Not only did the client embrace a more open application with benching and lower height panels but they also incorporated quite a bit of lounge allowing for a more fluid and interactive workplace. Primary product mix included Inscape and West Elm Workspace.
