Our family is growing, and our people are most consequential to our success. We’re in pursuit of a Junior Designer that works both independently and collaboratively with partners in and outside of Merchants. Our designers listen to our customer needs first then curate creative interior space solutions second. They provide our sales team the tools, documents, and resources necessary to successfully present project design concepts and quotes to our clients. This includes space planning, rendering, furniture and material selections, product specification, installation documentation, on site field verification and electrical coordination, and quality assurance, always maintaining Merchants values and brand.
Family isn’t just a buzzword; it’s a framework for approaching how we work.
Merchants is an agile team where wearing many hats comes standard. Roles and responsibilities of our players are specific to our clients’ unique needs, so flexibility is essential.
