Architectural Products Lead

We are in pursuit of an Architectural Products Lead that is not only competent, ambitious, and meticulous but also authentic, creative, and resilient. In this role, you will provide demountable wall solutions to commercial, healthcare, and government clients. We have relationships with leading wall products providers, including Haworth and Modernus, both of which have advantages in the market. We feature both at our downtown Denver showroom, which optimizes your ability to help clients understand the value of these products.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop new and existing accounts in Colorado
  • Interpret space plans and develop wall specifications, visualizations, and proposals, in conjunction with internal and manufacturer designers 
  • Create and execute on a thoughtful sales strategy with management
  • Work collaboratively with our principals, designers, and project managers to develop compelling solutions for clients
  • Thoroughly understand and successfully execute projects for our clients. 
  • Develop a deep industry expertise. This includes thoroughly understanding relevant documentation (e.g. RFPs and construction documents) and knowing when our demountable wall solutions make sense for various clients 

Requirements: 

  • Preferably sales and estimating experience within tenant finish construction, particularly within the glazing and drywall categories. Other commercial construction, project management, or engineering experience will be considered 
  • An intermediate to advanced ability to understand construction documents
  • Experience estimating solutions for clients involving multiple vendors
  • Self-motivation, efficient style, willingness to take initiative and self teach 
  • Good attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Compensation:  

  • 401(k) and healthcare in benefits package (available upon request)
  • Salary range of $75,000-$90,000 base salary (dependent on experience) and highly competitive commission structure

  • Two showrooms in Denver
  • Showroom in Colorado Springs
  • Sales resources in Northern Colorado
  • 26,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Denver
