Designer

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in building spaces for our clients. We are looking for an ambitious, authentic, creative, meticulous and resilient individual. The Opportunity:
We are looking for talented designers to join our team and are open to hiring at a Junior (Level I), Mid-Level (Level II), or Senior (Level III) tier. Your specific title, responsibilities, and compensation will be tailored to your years of experience, technical mastery, and leadership capabilities.

In this role, you will work closely with our project teams to develop floor plans, furniture and internal solutions for our commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop floor plans, presentations, and design concepts
• Plan, coordinate, schedule and eventually lead design meetings with clients
• Provide client with quick feedback and follow-up
• Reads, responds, and develops RFI/RFP responses to commercial projects
• Works closely with project managers and account managers to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and GoogleSuites
• Knowledge of CET and Spec encouraged, but not required
• BS, BA, or BFA degree in interior design, architecture, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to collaborate and communicate well with others
• Self-motivation, efficient style, willingness to take initiative and self teach

Compensation:

• Competitive salary | range spans $55,000 to $90,000 + bonus opportunity, explicitly tiered based on your verified experience, portfolio depth, and technical skills
