Critical Issues & Resolutions

Issue: The client was seeking a new, fresh way to attract a younger demographic into joining their growing business in an otherwise very competitive tech and travel industry. Creating a cost effective solution was key.

Solution: Merchants and the client felt strongly that curating an offering of vibrant yet cozy and distinct amenity elements throughout their office space was critical to both recruiting and retaining top talent. West Elm WORKSPACE proved to be the ideal solution as it is well priced, unique and compelling. In addition to West Elm WORKSPACE, Merchants brought in many other manufacturers for areas including lounge, huddle, conference and break rooms. The combination of products achieved a space that promotes collaboration, innovation and fun.
