Because all products are made-to-order by the manufacturer, Merchants does not allow cancellations or the return of product. All sales are final. For any items received that appear to be damaged, Merchants must be notified with photos and a description of the damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Photos must be taken of any damaged packaging as well as damaged furniture. If notification and photos are not provided within 24 hours of receipt, Merchants won't be able to accommodate a replacement or return of the damaged item.
