Curate and procure a highly unique, comprehensive, non-traditional ancillary package complete with all areas outside of private offices and conference tables.

Critical Issues & Resolutions

Issue: To work closely with design team and client in identifying an ancillary package unique to BP, to Denver, and to the workplace in general.

Solution: Upon award, Merchants quickly understood that the ancillary package would be an evolution - all standards were off the table. In order to stay on track with lead times that extended beyond 18 weeks, Merchants pulled together a comprehensive lookbook for each area - showcasing individual items in the context of tenant finishes as well as proposed product finishes. Additionally, we quickly developed a lengthy list of traditional and non-traditional manufacturers to consider in procurement. The due diligence our team did ahead of time in understanding new lines along with their very specific limitations, allowed us to move through a sweeping selection and procurement process with ease and efficiency.
