Account Manager

Responsibilities:
- Set and manage sales goals
- Manage the entire sales cycle from interview through implementation
- Assist in finding prospects and leads
- Propose initial budget guidance and presentation materials in early phase of sales process
- Partner with design and manufacturers to articulate further the full scope of the project
- Remain diligent in considering and quoting accurately all associated costs (product, freight, installation, etc)
- Anticipate risks in specifications upon specification (for example, outdoor furniture and high wind/ severe weather particulars; health care facility and textile quality)
- Build strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell
- Provide timely communication to clients and customer support as needed
- Learn new product and services features and benefits
- Provide professional after-sales support
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues in tandem with design, project management, and installer to ensure customer success
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Good attitude, personable
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Willing to show initiative and resilience
- Desire to work on a team
Compensation:
- Benefits package
- Salary range of $65,000-$75,000 base salary + variable compensation (lots of potential)
